Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery

• Laundry will be delivered in 48 hours.
• Dry-cleaning will be delivered in 48 hours.
• Immediate delivery of clothing will incur an additional 100% charge.
• Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time. If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you updated about the delivery time.

2. Pickup and delivery

Laundry orders must be of 5 kg or more for free pickup and delivery.

3. Checking your order

Customers are requested to check the clothing at the time of delivery.

4. Garment care and risk

• All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk.
• We are not responsible for fastness, paint, shrinkage, embellishments or embroidery work on clothes during the process.
• We make every possible effort to remove stains, but Lavender Laundry & Housekeeping Services will not be responsible for stubborn and non-removable stains.
• We are not liable for the loss or damage of clothes due to any reason, be it fire, dent, etc.

5. Uncollected garments

We will not be responsible for the maintenance of clothing if garments are not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date.

6. Cleaning methods

We clean your clothes in the best possible way our technicians deem fit. The methods we deploy vary and include evaporation, detergents and softeners, soft washes for delicate fabrics, perchloroethylene and hydrocarbons.

7. Pricing

• The tariff for a garment is decided case by case, based on the complexity of the item.
• Rates shown in the price list are indicative and are minimums.
• Our prices may vary from store to store and from city to city.

8. Use of images

For promotional purposes, we may use pictures of your clothing.

9. Governing law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Jaipur only.
