Pickup and Delivery Policy

1. Free pickup and delivery

Lavender collects from your door and returns your items to it, anywhere in Jaipur. Free pickup and delivery applies to laundry orders of 5 kg or more. For smaller orders, call us and we will confirm the collection charge before we collect.

Because our services are performed on items collected from and returned to you locally, this policy covers doorstep pickup and delivery rather than courier shipping.

We serve Jaipur city, operating from these locations:

4. Delivery times

All orders are delivered within 2–5 days of receipt. Express options are available, but delivery time cannot be guaranteed and any express charge is payable by the customer.

Every effort is made to deliver on time. If delivery is delayed by circumstances outside our control, we will keep you updated on the revised delivery time.

5. Delivery and collection

• Please check your clothing at the time of delivery.
• Please provide the correct address when booking. We are not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address entered by the customer.
• We are not responsible for loss or misplacement of packages by a logistics provider in unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for the maintenance of clothing where garments are not collected within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date.
