• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Service address — the pickup and delivery address, including flat, building and landmark details our rider needs to reach you.
• Order details — the garments or items handed over, the service selected, special-care instructions, and any damage or stains noted at the time of pickup.
• Payment details — the amount, mode of payment and transaction reference. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials.
• Correspondence — messages, complaints and feedback you send us.

• Basic technical data when you browse this website, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and time of visit.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Our own staff and riders — limited to the details needed to collect, process and deliver your order.
• Service providers — for example payment gateways, SMS and WhatsApp messaging providers, and IT support, each acting on our instructions.
• Franchise outlets — where your order is serviced by a Lavender franchise outlet, that outlet receives the details needed to fulfil it.
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, a court, or a government authority, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and contact records for as long as your account is active and for a further period as needed to resolve disputes, honour warranty or claim windows, and meet tax and accounting obligations under Indian law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

6. How we protect it

We apply reasonable security practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including restricted access to customer records, staff confidentiality obligations, and secure handling of payment transactions through established payment gateways. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them periodically.

7. Your choices and rights

• Access and correction — ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Marketing opt-out — tell us to stop sending promotional messages. We will still send messages that relate to an active order.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting processing already carried out.
